1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, booking, participating in, or using Enord Apex facilities, services, website, memberships, or events, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Enord Apex services.
2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
2.1 Arena Bookings
Arena bookings reserve access to a designated arena space for the selected time period.
- Pricing applies per arena booking
- Arena capacity limits must be respected at all times
- Multiple participants may share booked arena sessions
2.2 Training Sessions
Training sessions are charged per participant.
Training services may include:
- Beginner instruction
- Drone operation guidance
- Safety orientation
- Competitive skill development
2.3 Event Bookings
Events may require deposits, minimum participant counts, or additional agreements depending on event type.
3. MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships provide access to designated Enord Apex services subject to the selected membership tier.
Membership Conditions
- Membership hours are tied to individual member accounts
- Membership access may be used across eligible facility zones
- Members may participate in group bookings using their membership hours
- Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized
- Expired hours may not roll over unless specified in the membership plan
Enord Apex reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, abuse, or policy violations.
4. WAIVERS & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
All participants must complete required liability waivers before entering operational areas.
For minors:
- A parent or legal guardian must complete and approve waivers
- Guardians accept responsibility for participant conduct and safety compliance
Participants agree to:
- Follow all staff instructions
- Respect safety procedures
- Operate equipment responsibly
- Avoid reckless or dangerous behavior
Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility without refund.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in drone sports, simulator activities, training programs, and arena operations involves inherent risks including:
- Equipment malfunction
- Drone collisions
- Personal injury
- Property damage
By participating, users voluntarily assume all associated risks.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enord Apex, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Lost items
- Technical interruptions
- Participant misuse of equipment
- Indirect or consequential damages
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
7. USER CONDUCT
Users may not:
- Damage facility property
- Harass staff or participants
- Use unauthorized equipment
- Operate drones recklessly
- Bypass safety systems or procedures
- Engage in illegal activity
Enord Apex reserves the right to remove or ban individuals violating facility rules.
8. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payments
All bookings and memberships must be paid in full unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may vary by:
- Booking type
- Membership plan
- Event agreement
Missed sessions or no-shows may not qualify for refunds.
9. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Enord Apex reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules
- Reassign arenas
- Cancel sessions due to maintenance, safety, staffing, or operational reasons
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected users.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Enord Apex branding, logos, designs, media, content, and systems remain the intellectual property of Enord Apex.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
11. MEDIA CONSENT
By entering Enord Apex facilities, participants acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur for operational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Users may request exclusion where reasonably possible.
12. PRIVACY
Use of Enord Apex services is also governed by the Enord Apex Privacy Policy.
13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Enord Apex reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user for:
- Safety violations
- Policy breaches
- Misconduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to comply with staff instructions
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Enord Apex may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
